Focus

I work with individuals using a mindfulness-based and holistic approach.  Research shows that mindful living can build new neural pathways in our brains, making positive and sustainable change.

I also draw from, and am trained in, the following theories:

  • Lifespan Integration

  • Focusing

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

  • ACT

Together we can decide what works best for you.

insurance plans

I am an in-network provider for the following plans:

       •   First Choice Health

       •   Kaiser Permanente; both PPO and HMO

• Blue Cross Blue Shield

• Aetna

• Premera

•  Regence

Out of network provider: If you are on another insurance plan that you don’t see above, your insurance will often pay a percentage of “out of network” counseling services. In this case you would pay me directly and I would provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurer. I have opted out of Medicare so they will not be able to reimburse for sessions.

A good faith estimate of expected charges is available upon scheduling or upon your request.
